Varsity |

|
Advanced Under Saddle: A series of two flat classes for each division. Riders will be judged on seat, hands, and control of mount. Placing one through six, in either class, will qualify a rider to be called back for the over fences portion of the division. Riders in this level may also cross-enter in the ISHS Equitation Medal class. |

Advanced Over Fences: Riders may not enter but rather must qualify for this class based on their performance in the under saddle classes. Riders will be judged on seat, hands, and control of mount over a course of fences (not to exceed 2’6”). |

The Surrey Equitation Medal: A single class, open only to Advanced riders, consisting of an equitation test over fences. There will be no under saddle portion in this medal class. Points are accumulated separately from the general standings. |

Junior Varsity Future Intermediate Equitation: A series of two flat classes for each division. Riders will be judged on seat, hands, and control of mount over a course of six fences (not to exceed 2’). Placing one through six, in either class, will qualify a rider to be called back for the over fences portion of the division. |

Junior Varsity Novice: A series of two flat classes for each division. Riders will be judged on seat, hands, and control of mount. Placing one through six, in either class, will qualify a rider to be called back for the over fences portion of the division. Riders will be judged on seat, hands, and control of mount over a course of four fences (not to exceed 18”). Riders may stay in this division a maximum of 2 years. |

Placing one through six, in either class, will qualify a rider to be called back for the over fences portion of the division. Riders will be judged on seat, hands, and control of mount over a course of two fences (not to exceed 18”). |
